When you place your order, tell us how often you want your food, treats and supplements delivering (choose between four and twelve weeks) and we’ll send your recurring order without you having to give us a ring or place a new order via our website.
How does it work?
Getting your recurring orders delivered with our subscription service is easy:
1. Choose your dog’s favourite product
Whether your puppy loves their Complete Puppy mix or your older dog loves to chew on beef patties, find the food they love on our website
2. Select the “Recurring Order” option
Before you add your chosen food or treat to your basket, you’ll be given the option to select a “recurring order”
3. Choose how often you would like your products delivered
Need a regular monthly supply of your dog’s Superior Complete food or want to stock up on treats every other month? Choose how often you want your order
4. Add your food to the basket and checkout
Add all the dog food and treats you want a recurring subscription of to your basket and checkout
It’s that easy!
Depending on how often you want your order, we’ll send out your food days in advance to make sure you never run low on your dog’s supply. You’ll also receive real-time notifications to let you know when your order’s out for delivery.
Changed your mind? You might find that your food’s coming too often and you’ve got a supply that’s building faster than your dog can get through it. Maybe you were cutting it close when your last order arrived and didn’t have enough food to give your dog their favourite meal. Just log in to your dedicated portal and update your subscription settings. Here, you can change how often you receive your order, change the contents of your order or cancel it completely.
